Back up system
A word about backing up your files before anyone works on your computer: I highly recommend you first backup all the files you would not want to lose. Buy an external hard drive or if you can't afford one just use a USB Flash Drive memory sticks. They are cheap, easy to use, and a safe place to keep your files. USB is better than nothing before it is to late.
