I wish I would of found Bill before I went to Fry's. I went to Fry's to have some virus removed walked out owing  $214.00  Bill said he would of done it for $35.00 also depends on how bad it was. Any ways they restored my OS for $214.00 Bill restores systems from 50 to 75 dolars. he's my computer man now

I called Bill's Bits N Bytes about 3:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. My internet was not working and I had previously talked with Bill and kept his card near the computer in case of emergency. I gave Bill a call, hoping that he could come sometime the next day or two to look at our equipment. I was pleasantly surprised when he asked if he could come after dinner and take a look at the problem. I was beyond words and could hardly believe that someone would give up their evening to give me help. As promised, Bill came to the house, examined the computer and within thirty minutes had successfuly diagnosed and fixed the problems. While he was here, he also added 2 gigabytes of memory. My machine is working faster than it ever has and I most grateful to Bill for giving up his evening at home to come to our assistance. I highly recommend Bill to anyone and also want to share that his prices are very fair and that he stands behind his work. While none of us ever hope that our computers go down, Bill is going to be the person I call if I ever have problems in the future.

I have two laptops which were "diagnosed" by a flat-rate repair operation in SE Portland as needing mother-board replacement.   Bill checked out both machines.   One had a loose cable between the motherboard and display, the other had a defective screen.   Both were repaired for far less than the first operation wanted to "repair" one.
I was very impressed with Bill's speed of repair and fair charges.   I heartily recommend his services.

My experience was satisfactory with Bill.  He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and although he had trouble getting the part due somewhat to the holiday time period, as soon as it came in he called me and finished the job in very timely manner.  The price was very good and I am completely satisfied.  GOOD JOB Bill
